Check-in was very easy and efficient. The staff provided clear directions from the car park directly to the hotel. I found all staff members good (reception, breakfast, bar and cleaners). The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, meeting my needs perfectly.
The room got a little cold during the night.

The breakfast buffet featured various hot and cold items. A chef readily prepared fresh poached eggs upon request (I had them with my tea). The service staff constantly replenished the buffet ensuring everything remained stocked.

My room had ample lighting. The bed provided really good comfort. I especially appreciated the working pendulum. It added unique character to the place. The room included standard amenities such as a television and tea and coffee facilities.

the staff were lovely and the luggage storage was very appreciated.
The room was pretty tired. The varnish on all the wooden corners had rubbed off. it hadn't been renovated for what seemed like decades. It reminded me of i was paying too much.

My room was super clean and spacious. The staff was lovely and cute! I found the entrance quite nice. The reception staff were very helpful. The location is ideal. Most places were a short walk away from the building, about ten or fifteen minutes!

The staff were very helpful when arranging the stay and any queries were dealt with quickly. The staff was very friendly. They immediately went to check on any issues that arose and ensured everything was resolved.

The bed was super comfortable. The shower was lovely! The room had everything I needed, including an iron and ironing board. a hairdryer. I thought it was neat that they actually had a big pendulum in the main stairway!
